Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had an amazing experience at Firestone in Bozeman! Steve was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to educate me about what was going on with my car. The whole process was quick and easy, and the price was amazing. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend Firestone to anyone needing work done on their car!

Steve and team were extremely understanding and went above and beyond in their customer service. Reccomendation: better to call or walk in to schedule a future appointment rather than schedule within the app, it just reduces confusion and gets through to scheduling quicker. They appreciate drop offs where they can have your car for the day, and return to you as quick as they can rather than you waiting and rushing to get it back. They appreciate customer patience! They do great work, but they are human, not superheros.

Forget all the five star reviews. Don't go here. Long story short. They're way too busy to do a good job. Like other main chain shops, the work they say your car needs are just half ass guesses at best. I had to go in a second time for them to proper fix something. Go to an independent shop. I've totally lost faith in chain car shops and stealerships. My car also sounds different ever since they worked on it. They probably didn't do a 5 tire rotation like I asked. Just can't trust these kind of shops anymore.

Don’t go to this Firestone . They are unreliable. Called this am before driving 2.5 hours to come here. I had a tire explode in Yellowstone and this was the closest Firestone. After Jake acted like we were bothering him just coming into the store, he went to find Steve, who refused to help us unless we bought 4 tires. My front tires were still at a 6 tread and I only wanted two rear tires. After 30 min of back n forth I consented because I am camping with my kids and we need to get back. We left the car and an hour and half later Steve calls to tell me actually they can’t find the tires they said they had.. so tough luck. They sent us to Kolar Tires. These people are great. They double checked the tread depth on the front and agreed they didn’t need to be replaced. Save you time and money and come to Kolar , it’s right down the street.

Fenton is very friendly and helpful. My ML350 Benz has been losing a couple pounds of air a day. He sprayed the tire down at no charge and aired it up. Pretty sure it’s the custom tire valve covers but will ride without them a couple days to eliminate factor. Walmart would do nothing even with 10 extra Minutes til their next appointment. Go to Firestone if you want good service!!!!
